We believe in total transparency: we do not maintain a physical office in Nigeria. All engagements begin remotely, by contacting our Nairobi Headquarter via phone or email.

If an on-site visit is required to Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, or elsewhere in Nigeria, it is explicitly scoped into the consulting agreement. Travel costs are billed separately. On-site assignment bookings are honored strictly in the sequence retainers are signed.

For Nigeria, our next on-site advisory window is between early May 2026 to end of October 2026. Note that on-site consultancy availability for Nigeria follows the sequence in which agreements are signed and executed from other locations or countries as well.

How we work with clients in Nigeria (9-Step Process):

Step 1: Initial discussions begin remotely (via email, WhatsApp, voice/video calls). No obligation. No hard sell.
Step 2: Proposal framework created, discussed indepth then core agreement + NDA signed. Retainer is then paid.
Step 3: Remote work begins (document review, data analysis, strategic planning).
Step 4: If on-site visit to Nigeria is required, scoped and billed separately. For on-site diagnostic engagements lasting 3 - 7 days, a standard flat professional fee is payable.
Step 5: Pre-departure logistics coordinated. Travel arranged per signed assignment at client's cost. Any data required by the consultants is availed to enable early planning.
Step 6: On-site work begins in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, or elsewhere in Nigeria
Step 7: Daily on-site delivery with client team including briefings, inspections, training, and real-time problem solving.
Step 8: Preliminary findings presented on last on-site day; action items and next steps agreed upon.
